Insurance Projects
Project 1: Agents were given a tool to share content and articles with their clientele. To select a library of articles that can be relevant and personalized for their clientele. Agents would also be able to share on social media to showcase their knowledge on health, wealth, the future, and protecting their loved ones. But there was one problem, adoption issues within some BUs were a cause for concern. So I had to dig deep and find out the core reasons why agents were not using a tool that could help get them more potential sales.
Project 2: Task to come up with a North Star journey for agent sales tools. The objective was to help uncover what elements are missing or unnecessary through our design process. The process included guerilla testing, agent interviews, multiple rounds of design iterations, and daily sprint reviews.
Project 3: Research and strategize the next steps to understand if digitalized banks are better than us. A banking benchmark research project that took many weeks of research using journey mapping, friction score analysis, VOC score comparisons, researching up-and-coming insurance company features and bundled all in a report for senior-level stakeholders
Project 4: Create an academy of design for our international design team. The academy was created to help assess, round out, and evolve individual capabilities while ensuring design practices continue to mature alongside industry best-practices.
