A Japanese client needed help to update their Japan site as well as their overseas site.

I was tasked to Project Manage and create the IA and wireframes as per the stakeholder's needs. 

As the Japanese web users' preferences of what is displayed to them differ from most of the world, I had to make sure my UX research was up to date on everything Japan.

We sat down with the stakeholders to understand what they wanted out of both sites. From our understanding, I created the IA and the wireframes and we progressed from there.
